Qualified Intermediary regime
The Qualified Intermediary (QI) regime was launched in the year 2000 and has evolved over time.
In particular (but not only) banks have signed Qualified Intermediary Agreements with the IRS. External HEALTH CHECK and QI Reviews conducted according to the new QI Agreement are on the agenda of many banks and other QI.
